Fulfillment Policy
1. Service Description:

  • LateList (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides online coaching services on a monthly subscription basis. These services include 1-on-1 coaching focused on providing service to homeowners identified to be late on payments, with collateral provided to contact said homeowners in the Client’s agreed-upon market.
    Access to Sevices:
  • Upon successful enrollment and payment, collateral will be ordered and delivered within 5 business days via email.
    3. Ongoing Delivery Schedule:
  • Monthly Collateral: Subsequent monthly collateral will be delivered within 5 business days following receipt of payment in each billing cycle. Calls can be scheduled throughout the month at agreed-upon intervals to coach Client on servicing prospects.
    4. Cancellations & Refunds:
  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your monthly subscription by providing 30-days’ notice to admin@latelist.co. You will retain access to any previously provided collateral.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services and immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. However, if you experience technical issues preventing access to services, please contact our support team at admin@latelist.co and we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
